Job Brief:
We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing Visual design effect. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

We need you:

1. In-depth understanding of business requirements, efficient completion of relevant UI and interaction design of iPhone, Android, web and mobile App.
2. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
3. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
4. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
5. Establish and improve product interface visual design specifications
6. Able to cooperate with BA and UX teams, fully understand product requirements, and express product demands with precise design language.

We want you:
1. 2-5 years working experience in Internet and finance field, with successful and excellent online business works.
2. Bachelor degree or above, art college graduation/overseas study experience preferred, visual design, graphic design, fine arts and other related majors.
3. Oral English is MUST skill. Should be good enough to communicate with English native speaker individually.
4. Proficiency in key design applications, including Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop. Prototyping tools, including Axure, Invision, AE, PPT design etc., and strong hand drawing ability.
5. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
6. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
7. Full of work passion, innovation desire and sense of responsibility, able to work under high pressure.
8. UX experience is preferred.
